Casiguran, Aurora - PCEO Taway visited the Parish of the Municipality of Casiguran headed by Reverend Father Ariel Loterte. Sharing their experiences as fellow Bicolanos, he promised that the APECO management shall be a driving force towards improving lives and instilling good values into the community.
